The Grand Hyatt Melbourne is often praised for its prime location in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to CBD shopping and major attractions, with a tram stop conveniently located right outside. Guests frequently enjoy the spacious rooms with river views, and many appreciate being directly opposite Lune Croissanterie. While some guests have found the furniture in some rooms to be a bit dated, the hotel's location and room sizes generally provide good value for money.

Really good Stay! I Can't Wait To Return!

huge roomcomplete workoutsparkling winefluffy towels
My room was HUGE. The gym facility was amazing, equipped with everything I needed for a complete workout. Breakfast offered sparkling wine, a good touch. The generously sized towels were also fluffy.
The pool was a bit underwhelming. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

The staff were so attentive, I really appreciated this. I also found the breakfast buffet had such variety, I didn't know where to start. I really liked the room size. It was so spacious.
The bathroom felt very outdated with those old tiles. the marble shower recess also seemed sunken. I did not like it.

adequate stay

central locationattentive staffquick responseunavailable room servicedated poolunhygienic jacuzzi
the hotel has a great location in the city center. finding places to eat nearby at night was easy. the staff was attentive (i especially liked how quickly they responded to requests).
the room service was not available after midnight. i had to order via a third-party app. the pool area seemed dated and was quite crowded with many children. the jacuzzi had babies in nappies, which i didn't find very hygienic.
